Dropline is a child's first fishing rod.
It is the fishing rod which they will hang off a bridge, canal or dock. It communicates the simplicity of this ancient tool and lets the child grasp its workings.
It is constructed from three different diameters of beachwood and three aluminum eyelets based off of the principle of a split-pin.
Dropline was selected for the Beijenkorf pop-up store, The things We Make
A collaboration between the Man & Activity department of the DAE and de Beijenkorf.
